All Four Seven Gallery Event Planning Packages will include the following:
- Free Consultation
- A checklist of the to-do items sectioned off by a timeline and several categories.
- Vendor referrals
- Oversees event planning checklist with monthly check-ins to ensure the client is on track.
- A detailed packet that includes your day-of timeline, floor plans (if any), vendor information and a set up checklist.
- Walk-through with client(s) and all necessary vendors (leading up to the rehearsal/event)
- Work in conjunction with the on-site Venue Coordinator (in any)
- Lead Coordinator and one Event Assistant* (additional staff person for every 50 guests after 100) (An extra fee that will be included in package pricing.)
- Ceremony Rehearsal assistance up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Making sure your event runs on time, as smooth as possible and according to your vendor contracts.
